Monsoon tourism, a new unique project designed by the tourism dept to promote tourism during the monsoon season, was inagurated in Silver Storm water theme park, Athirapally, Trissur.

At a function held at Taj Residency, Kochi, Tourism Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan launched the program by handling over the logo to Chalakkudy MLA BD Devassy. Name Mansoon@Silver Storm, the scheme gives both domestic and freign tourists, opportunity to visit Silver Storm and nearby places like Athirapally Water falls during the mansoon season.
