Showcasing new destinations and products in the tourism sector, the four-day Kerala Travel Mart (KTM) will be inaugurated here later this Saturday evening by chief minister, V S Achutanandan.

Union Tourism minister, Ambika Soni will be chief guest at the function at the fifth edition of the mart, in which about 970 domestic and 570 international buyers have registered so far.

Fifty countries including Australia, UK, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia will be represented at the mart, besides delegates from Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, UP, Rajasthan, West Bengal and Goa, …
