The 3 main cities in Kerala namely Trivandrum, Kochi and Calicut have seen a lot of development in real-estate; skyscrapers towering more than 15 floors are a usual site in these cities. The tallest one in Kerala is 26 stories mini muthoot towers in Kochi, a new 20 storied apartment complex is coming in Kozhikode and is under construction. One more fact is that all these cities don’t have a population of more than 1,000,000. Kozhikode has only 3 lakh population still there are many skyscrapers, even one of the smallest cities in Kerala, Kottayam, has a skyscraper which is 21 storied.
